Had a weekend getaway to Sikkim, and stayed at a hotel in a great location near the center of town. The hotel had some good amenities, such as a taxi stand nearby, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. One highlight was the clean and comfortable bed which provided a good night's sleep.
The overall experience was dampened due to some drawbacks. The room was small with no view of the mountains, and there was an issue with the hot water supply which was unresolved during our stay.

The hotel has a good location close to the main street with easy access to transportation. the room had a big bathroom and offered a great view of the mountains. the staff was friendly and courteous.
The room was quite small and cramped, making it difficult to move around. the housekeeping service was not efficient and the room was not cleaned regularly, forcing us to remind them several times.

Guests can rely on the staff for fantastic recommendations for sightseeing. the breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options to satisfy every palate.
It would be better if the hotel management could pay more attention to the behavior of some of their staff members to ensure a consistently hospitable experience.
